Helping people become deeply rooted in Christ—and live faithfully for Him.
Rooted & Faithful is a Christ-centered discipleship ministry created to help people grow in Christ, steward what He has entrusted to them, and love others with wisdom, grace, and truth.
Deeper discipleship for everyday life.
The need of our generation is not simply more information. It is deeper discipleship—a life increasingly shaped by Jesus Christ, grounded in His Word, guided by His Spirit, and lived faithfully among His people.
Rooted & Faithful offers thoughtful, practical resources that help people receive from Christ and faithfully respond to Him where real life unfolds.
Christ is the source, center, and destination.
We create Scripture-grounded resources that help people know Christ more deeply, live with open hands before Him, and increasingly reflect His character in every area of life.
Growing from conversation into a broader vision.
Rooted & Faithful began with a desire to help people navigate meaningful conversations in a way that honors Christ—with truth and love, wisdom and grace.
That work revealed a larger need: before we can faithfully walk alongside others, we must continually receive from Christ and allow Him to shape the way we live. What began around conversation grew into a broader vision for lifelong, Christ-centered discipleship.
Faithful foundations
Everything Rooted & Faithful creates is centered on Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture, dependent on the Holy Spirit and prayer, and intended to serve—not replace—the local church.

Ministry Overviewnever a substitute for God.
Used thoughtfully and kept in its proper place.
Technology may make resources more useful and accessible, but it cannot replace Scripture, prayer, the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, wise human relationships, or the life of the local church.
Meet Jodi L. Hallock
Rooted & Faithful was founded by Jodi L. Hallock out of a desire to live in response to Jesus’ greatest commandments: to love God with her whole heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love others as herself (Mark 12:29–31).
From that desire, and through prayerful dependence on the Holy Spirit, the vision for Rooted & Faithful began to take shape. Jodi seeks His wisdom and direction in developing resources that help people know and love God, grow in relationship with Him, and increasingly reflect His character in everyday life.
Her Wisconsin church community has been an important part of her life and spiritual formation since 1991. Over the years, she has served in children’s ministry, connections ministry, women’s ministry, and on the stewardship board.
Jodi approaches this work with humility and gratitude for God’s faithfulness through the many joys, uncertainties, and difficulties of life. She comes not as someone with all the answers, but as a fellow disciple—still learning, still growing, and continually depending on the grace and faithfulness of Christ.
Beyond the resource—to Christ Himself.
Our hope is never merely that you finish a book or use a tool. It is that every resource points you toward Jesus, His Word, His Spirit, His people, and the next faithful step He is inviting you to take.
Begin where your present need meets Christ’s invitation.
Receive from Christ. Live before Christ. Reflect Christ.
