Our Commitment
We believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth. We therefore seek to make rootedandfaithful.org accessible to people with differing abilities, technologies, and ways of engaging online.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. As Rooted & Faithful grows, we will continue learning, reviewing the website, and making reasonable improvements when barriers are identified.
Our Accessibility Efforts
- Use clear headings and a consistent page structure.
- Provide readable text, appropriate color contrast, and sufficient spacing.
- Support keyboard navigation whenever possible.
- Add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images.
- Use clear and descriptive links and buttons.
- Make pages usable when text is enlarged.
- Review the website on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Provide accessible alternatives when a resource cannot be made fully accessible in its current format.
Downloadable Resources
Some books, PDFs, graphics, and other downloadable resources may present accessibility limitations, particularly when they contain complex formatting or information within images.
We will seek to improve these resources over time. If you have difficulty accessing a Rooted & Faithful resource, please contact us. When reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide the information in another usable format.
Interactive Companions and External Services
Rooted & Faithful may link to interactive companions, publishing platforms, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control every accessibility feature of those services, but we seek to choose and use technology thoughtfully.
If an external tool creates an accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can consider possible assistance or alternatives.
